SunnySide Suite

A king sized bed is the focal point of this beautifully decorated suite. This bathroom is located on what used to be the 2nd floor of a 2 story 1500 gallon water-tank room. It was the first inn to offer running water to its owners and guests. In this unique bathroom, John reused his Grandmother's kitchen sink which has the enamel rubbed off from the bracelets she always wore while doing housework. The rustic (and now restored) claw-foot tub was in the “ghost house” when restoration was begun.

Policies:

  • A full breakfast is served at 9:00am Monday-Saturday and 8:30am on Sunday.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person over the age of 18 is $30.00. Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Rollaway beds available upon request.
  • A credit card is required to hold the reservation. Nothing will be charged until time of check-in. Cancellation fees may apply (see below)
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, and Cash. Personal checks can be accepted if received two weeks prior to date of check-in.
  • Check-in times are 3:00pm-5:00pm Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-7:00pm Saturday and Sunday. (Later check-ins must be arranged in advance.)
  • Check-out time is 11:00am.
  • The Inn is a smoke free establishment. Smoking is allowed outside only.
  • Our Inn is family and pet friendly, but child care and pet sitting are not provided.
  • We love pets but can only allow small-medium sized dogs in our Catawba Suite at a rate of $15.00 per night per pet (two max).  Refer to the Pet Policy Page for full details.
Cancellation Policy: 7 Day Advance Cancellation Required
  • 1 Night Fee Charged if less than 7 day advance cancellation received
  • Full Reservation Charged if less than 24hr advance cancellation received
